About Us

The Naugatuck Elks Lodge on Rubber Ave has earned a 4.7-star reputation the old-fashioned way: by showing up. Scouts hold fundraisers here. Families gather for events. Neighbors find a warm room, a good meal, and people who genuinely care about this town. That's not an accident. It's the result of decades of deliberate, boots-on-the-ground community investment.

The main hall is spacious enough for large group events yet comfortable enough that it never feels cold or corporate. Parking is ample and access off Rubber Ave is easy, which matters when you're organizing a big night. Members and guests alike describe the atmosphere the same way: warm. Real. The kind of place where you actually want to stay a while.

The Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks has a national mission, but this lodge lives it locally. From lending the hall to Scouting America troops raising funds to supporting the broader Naugatuck community in ways that rarely make headlines, the lodge operates on a simple principle: take care of your neighbors and they'll take care of each other.

What We Offer

The lodge offers a full-service banquet hall available for private rentals, community fundraisers, and organizational meetings. The space comfortably accommodates large groups, features easy access and ample parking, and comes with the kind of staff that actually helps make your event run smoothly.

Beyond rentals, the lodge hosts regular member dining with home-cooked food that keeps people coming back. The kitchen turns out hearty, satisfying meals in a relaxed setting where you're likely to leave knowing a few more names than when you walked in.

Membership in the Elks opens the door to a broader network of community service, social events, and fraternal programs. The lodge actively partners with local organizations including youth groups and veterans' causes, making it one of the most community-connected gathering spots in Naugatuck, CT.

A Proud Heritage

The Elks gave America
Flag Day.

Long before it was a national observance, the Order set aside June 14th to honor the flag. Patriotism has always been one of our cardinal principles, and every lodge meeting still closes the same way it has for over a century.
